TERMS AND POLICY
CREDIT:	To establish credit, please supply three trade references. Until credit has been established, all orders will be shipped C.O.D.
ORDERS :	Payment terms are : 2% 10 days, net 30. No discount is allowed unless account is current. A $2.00 handling charge will be added to orders under $25.00. Also, there is no discount on orders under $25.00. So try to consolidate your orders.
LENGTH ORDERS :	There is a $4.00 handling charge for all length orders under 40 feet. For some locations, length orders can be shipped via local delivery service. Mouldings can also be shipped common carrier, or cut and sent UPS.
ORDERING :	When placing an order, please state your company name and address. Then give the quantity, moulding number and size. Chop orders will be shipped within 48 hours by UPS. In the event that a moulding is back-ordered, you will be notified as soon as possible either by phone or mail. Orders will be kept on file until moulding arrives.
CLAIMS :	At times, mouldings may vary slightly from samples in color, finish, or profile. Your customers should be made aware of this possibility. Frames will not be replaced due to a slight variation. We make every attempt to provide our customers with a quality product. Please notify us of any error as soon as possible. No returns may be made without prior authorization. Any claims for frames damaged in transit must be made by you through UPS or other carrier. Please do not return damaged frames to us.
CORNER SAMPLES :	Corner samples are available for the chop price of one foot of moulding. Quantity orders of corner samples are available for $1.50 each.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS WILL BE ASSESSED A FINANCE CHARGE OF 18% APR, 1 1/2% MONTHLY.
